Mr. Anthony Petrello is a graduate of the prestigious Yale University where he acquired MS and BS Mathematics degrees. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School. Anthony’s professional career began at Baker&Mckenzie law firm in 1979. Afterward, he served as a Managing Partner of the law firm’s office in New York from 1986 to 1991.

In 1991, Tony kick started his career at Nabors Industries as a COO(Chief Operating Officer). The following year, he progressed and became Nabors Industries’ President. In 2003, he became the Deputy Chairman of Nabors Industries, a position held until June 2012. Petrello has served as the Chairman of Nabors Industries since 2012. Tony has played a major role in the development and growth of Nabors Industries which started off in 1968 as Anglo Energy, Ltd.
